West Coast Swing is a modern, partner-based dance style with roots in Swing, Lindy Hop, and other jazz-era dances. Known for its smooth and elastic feel, West Coast Swing is danced to a wide range of music, including contemporary pop, blues, and swing. It’s a dance that emphasizes improvisation, musicality, and connection between partners. Whether you’re an experienced dancer or someone who’s never danced before, West Coast Swing offers something for everyone.

Hannibal Area Swing Association has been around for 5 years, and is dedicated to providing opportunities for social dancing in the Hannibal-Quincy area. HASA wants to make dancing a part of the local culture again, in the hopes that it provides our communities more chances for social interaction and connection. From beginners to seasoned dancers, the association aims to create an environment where everyone can experience the magic of dance and music.

Located in a historic beer brewery, our venue offers a unique and elegant backdrop for your wedding or event. The space seamlessly combines subtle historical elements with a modern, industrial style, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for any occasion.

Hannibal Area Swing Association puts on other events through out the Tri-states. If you love what we do, we are always accepting donations.
